By using English we could express inner thoughts and emotion and also make sense complex and abstract thoughts, to learn to communicate with others, to fulfill our wants and need, as well as to establish rules and maintain our culture or other things.
How do we can use English as a medium of communication, express our inner, thoughts, to fulfill our wants and needs? To complete all of it so the students must study, use and enjoy English itself and its literature, communicated orally, visual, an writing, for a range of purpose and audience and a variety of text form. Learning English encompasses learning the language, and learning about the language.
Why do the students must study English? Because English is language has important aspect in the life of all beings. Now, we all know that every aspect in the life of all beings. Now, we all know that every aspect in the life beings used English because English is international language which is used by big country in the world such as Australia, Canada, Africa, The United Kingdom, Singapore, etc. We also find English in office, companies, school, collage, electronics, etc.

Many students love English, but they do not try to study seriously about English itself. Many factors that make them can not to try to study English. Many reserachers have shown that there were many factors make a student or many students do not like to try study English. A study from Tran Thi with his friends, they wrote same factors that Students who have difficulty with foreign language leraning are often describe as underachivers, or lack motivation, or as heaving language learning disabilities, anxiety, and belives about foreign languge learning have also been considered as factor that might influance foreign language leraning (1). http://www.tesol.org.au/files/files/271_trang_tran.pdf. There are many factors that make students can not study English. Many study also explain thatFactors from internal and also external could influance the students can not study English. Factor internal, for example from Parents. Their parents do not support them. Factor external, for example from envorment. The sitution around the students also can not support them to study English. According to writer that, this is not about factors from internal or external but this about the lack of information between Parents to the students and also the students to Parents about the important of English. And also there is no awareness that English is important for now. So the parents to aware their students to study English. It also the students are not aware that English is important.

The writer does this research by collecting data. The primer data, the research have taken by gave the questionnaires to the fifty students from Papua in Yogyakarta. The sample of students from two provinces: Province Papua and west Papua. The students dived into two; they are twenty five are females and twenty five are males. Besides that, the writer also interviewed every student that she met every place in Yogyakarta. She asked some questions about English itself. According to Qualitative Research Consultant Association defines that qualitative research is designed to reveal a target audience’s range of behavior and the perceptions that drive it with reference to specific topics or issues. It uses in-depth studies of small groups of people to guide and support the construction of hypotheses. The results of qualitative research are descriptive rather than predictive. By using SPSS, the writer could explain and give some information about the willing of Papua students in studying English in Yogyakarta. To do this research, the writer just took some variable to analyze, for example: variable M16, M15, M14, M13,M1, M2.
